What does turnkey general-session production include?

Everything to run a corporate general session under one contract: audio (PA, mics, IEMs), video (cameras, IMAG, content playback), lighting (stage, audience), staging (deck, podium, scenic), show calling, technical direction, confidence monitors, and full crew. You provide the agenda and slides; we produce the show.

How early should I book a general session?

For peak season (Mar–Jun, Sep–Nov), 8–16 weeks lead time is typical. Off-peak or smaller productions can sometimes book in 2–4 weeks. Complex shows with custom scenic, multiple cities, or specialty gear need more runway. We can usually flex on timing if the production scope is reasonable.

Do you handle setup AND day-of operation?

Yes. Beacon AV provides both the load-in/setup crew and the show-day technical operators (audio engineer, video director, lighting operator, show caller). Same team usually runs setup through strike to keep continuity and accountability under one production lead.
