How quickly can you build a custom stage?

Modular stage configurations (StageRight or Bil-Jax decking) can be installed same-day for most footprints — typically 2–6 hours depending on size. Custom scenic builds require lead time for fabrication: simple branded backdrops in 1–2 weeks, complex sets with structural elements 4–8 weeks. We scope this during quote.

Can you provide branded scenic elements?

Yes — printed backdrops, custom-cut header pieces, branded podium fronts, hard-set pieces, and 3D logos. Output options include grand-format printed fabric, structural rigid panels, vinyl-wrapped surfaces, and LED-backlit graphics. Files needed: vector logo and brand guidelines; we handle production from there.

What stage sizes do you typically build?

Common configurations: 12x16 for breakouts and small keynotes, 16x24 for mid-size general sessions, 24x40+ for major conferences and award shows. Heights range 16–32 inches based on sightlines. Custom shapes (thrust, runway, curved) supported with appropriate lead time and engineering review.
